Russia and China solved their border  issues and so they  moved forward . China and India  border  problem needs to be solved and then there  will be a paradigm shift in the Geo political sphere..

well the ASIAN influence is also helping to is force the peace/de-escalation movement we see going on. 

same influence can be seen all over ASIA and the conflicts on that continent.  you are not perhaps paying sufficient attention to the OBOR business and rthe ecoonomic developments in Asis.
