I dont think they will get away from 3what I suggested. 

this reads to me like a deal has been made.  they will admit..get something light but stay on in Nigeria at the pleasure of some big shot(s) and have to give up the pum pum in compensation.

deh will be in luxury, leisure but giving it up.  deh may even come out of this with something.  wen dem bwoy and dem tiad deh will sen' dem home with some compensation.
