karela is good food boy..great food. you missin out.
anyhow do this: no karela
get a nice big fat onion, peel an' slice. get garlic, clean an' chop...get ah green scotch bonnet slice thin. get green onion, wash and chop...get a half ah tomato and chop.
get a pound of fresh green salad beans, wash and cut.
mushrooms..wash and sliced thin
get one or 2 strip loin steaks..slice in half and then cut into strips. season to your taste
get some coconut oil, in a wok or fry pan and heat oil..put in garlic to brown. heat medium..or high if you can manage. den meat and stir.
after meat brown and letting off water..3-5 minutes add onions, tomato, green onions, hot pepper..let simmer for more minutes. then add mushrooms and beans. mushrooms gives you your sauce, adds to flavor and bulk. the beans must be cooked just tender. then ready to eat.
transport to the table, sit and eat. you have your salad ready as well as your steamed rice. bon apetit
