Happy Fathers' Day

Off to visit my Dad's gravesite and chat with him

then to celebrate with kids  ::love::

Thank you, we often forget how important fathers are .

I am still stuffed from last night bountiful Iftar.

1910: The first Father's Day is celebrated in U.S.

A celebration is organized by 16-year-old Sonora Smart Dodd from Washington,

in honor of her father, a Civil War veteran and single parent who was raising six children.

After hearing a sermon on Mother's Day, she told her local pastor about the idea

and it was held on the third Sunday of June.
