that is what the NGO's are about.  they are like rings or  necklaces of sh!t around the necks of the developing world, put there by the imperialists to control, not to help.

and now that the imperialists are in total decline and disarray the NGO's have degenerated too, into a cloud of crap in the world, far, far, far worse now, than even their original mission to control the natives.

they are degenerate bureaucracies built for exploitation and simply cannot change.  for developing nations to have a chance they must not seek to reform NGO..they can't... but to kick them out of all countries period

I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team.
