Seattle needs a change desperately but they dont know it yet..they have not realized it yet.

Pete Carroll is done as a coach...won his Superbowl, threw away a second one and cannot reformulate his team into a winning one.  he has a long running problem he cant fix and which has gotten worse over the years

Pete Carroll has never ever built a good offensive line.  he won a super bowl with an a fairly average offensive line in front of a young running Russell Wilson who could dodge bullets. 

since then every single succeeding year, the Seattle offensive line has gotten worse, until it is in tatters now...and Wilson is running for his very life every Sunday, not playing quarterback: even against a team as bad as San Francisco.  the Sea Hawks could barely beat  San Francisco today, escaping with a 3 point victory when they were favored by 15

if Carroll has not fixed his offensive line in the years he has coached the Hawks he will never fix it.  and because of that here is no way Seattle will win again. 

Seattle certainly wont win with this years offensive line:  already it looks far worse than last years version.  and it looks like Wilson is fed up with it all the running anyway.  he cant run and throw the ball forever.  and the offensive line has made the running game useless..it creates no space for the running backs so the run game cant take the pressure off Wilson

its time for Carroll to be fired or allowed to remove himself. he is done..his faults are now too dominant...he cant mute them anymore, enough to see straight again and correct himself
