look here! the CDN $ belongs to the Canadian people..and its use begins and ends with the government. the government does not have to pay interest on the CDN. that is not the case at all. that fact is enshrined in the constitution: that the government must use the peoples money in the right way..interest free government expenditure on infrastructure.

the government can spend the CDN at no interest at all on the peoples business...which means infrastructure expenditure. the government has ALLLLL the money it can ever possibly need for the building of public infrastructure..Roads, Railroads, Parks, Buildings for public use...all of that.

aLL THE GOVERNMENT HAS TO DO IS TO ORDER THE MONEY from the Treasury and spend it into the economy to bring about the infrastructure. on the balance sheet the story is told..expenditure = asset creation..balance..not inflationary.

the government decides how to use the infrastructure to ensure its maintenance...user fees, rentals etc. but there is no interest on the expenditure so no deficit spending..no government debt! that is how it is supposed to go..to work.

taxes on rents and fees, profits, executive renumeration and huge salaries beyond some proper limit ...but not on the salaries of the vast quantities of ordinary people working for a living. there is no need for that at all. and such popular taxes are economic checks to growth. tax sales... like alcohol, vehicles, boats, planes and plane trips, huge homes and other frivolities etc., but not salaries.

you don't have to tax salaries if you do not have a national debt due to giving the peoples Currency to the bankers..the CDN.to the bankers to charge the people interest on their own money.
