Geno Smith continues to master the art of cryptic tweeting.
Smith was demoted on the Giants quarterback depth chart on Wednesday, falling behind rookie Davis Webb, whom the Giants plan to use as the backup in the season finale against Washington.
On Wednesday evening, Smith sent out a series of tweets suggesting he is less than thrilled with the way things turned out this season.
“I thank the lord everyday for my strength to overlook certain things because lord knows...” he tweeted.
He followed that up with “No pressure No diamonds. Keep the party going 2018!!!” and “No hearts, No love, No Kumbaya.”

Smith played just one game this season, Week 13 against the Raiders where he threw for 212 yards and a touchdown, but fumbled twice in a 24-17 loss.
The next day, head coach Ben McAdoo and GM Jerry Reese were fired and Eli Manning was renamed the starting quarterback, which Smith did not agree with but said all the right things.
He closed his tweets letting everyone know he still has a chip on his shoulder.
“I love it tho,” he wrote. “Keep fueling the flame.”

that quote above is of course a piece of hypocritical crap
the Giants are a shit side..and a shit organization..with shit owner. now I see much more abot the Giants. the Maras actually lucked out when the hired Reese. it is Reese who made them respectable all along not the Maras.
the team was being undermined..prolly by the nasty jackass who is now the interim coach. then the injuries. Ben MacAdoo was a very good hire by Reese. and MacAdoo did the right thing by benching Eli for Geno. Eli is an old shithong who is basically immobile., a statue to be sacked. he was a sitting duck with all the receivers injured.
Geno brought mobility the QB position and in the circumstance made the chances of a win much better. and the game Geno played was excellent and achieved exactly what MacAdoo had in mind even though the Giants lost..but they did not lose as they were under Eli
so everybody start to make noise including a whole lot of black Giants legends, raising up the fans about Eli, and fried Geno's chances. they also caused the end of Resse and MacAdoo. but those two were right. they made the right, most productive moves according to football which is what they were hired to do for the franchise.
then the Maras stepped in and fired the wrong people because of all the noise, putting a failed skunt like Spagnolo in charge...who immediately re-instated Eli. that is a serious downgrade for the Giants at QB and in the coaching..
sorry for Geno. this was a great chance for him. he would have stuck with the Giants had Reese/MacAdoo been maintained. oh well! he should look to the cheer leading black traitors and uncle toms like that Strahorn, Morning Show dude, who is a real beauty that guy.
but no matter what skunt Eli is done. there is nowhere for him to go and there seems no chance he will be maintained by the Giants after this season. good riddance to Eli. its time we saw the last of the Mannings.
