Businessman James Wise was found dead this morning in the yard of his home at Crompston Trace, Crown Point.

The body bore chop wounds.

Wise was found unresponsive at around 6 a.m.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide investigators and officers of the Crown Point CID are currently at the scene of the crime.

Very unfortunate incidence. I think that is what is currently happening in todays world, in most states. Persistent evil everywhere. I would encourage the CID to investigate the matter as soon as possible and keep anyone connected to the murder into custody.
