First DIY Speaker Question

I am building Amiga speakers and I have some basic questions. I have never built speakers before and I was wondering how to mount the speakers in the cabinet. What kind of screws do I use and do I need to glue them in? Also, can the crossover board sit on the sound deadening foam or do I need to make legs for it? All of my wiring is on the underside of the board.
