I HAVE SEEN WHERE CHINA ENGAGED POOR CHINESE IN AREAS AND REGIONS WHERE NOTHING CUD BE DONE TO MEET THEIR NEED, WHERE NO INDUSTRY AND SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE OF LARGE SCALE COULD BE DEVELOPED..AND WORKED WITH THEM TO FIND PLACES WHERE THEY REBUILD THEIR COMMUNITIES, FEED THEMSELVES, ESTABLISH INDUSTRIES ETC TO MEET ALL THEIR NEEDS..SPENDING ALL THE MONEY NECESSARY FOR TASKS OF THAT SORT

I am against all military. China still spends a fraction of their resources on military..so does Russia. they do good work, cheap work on their military but get really good results from such expenditure
