African countries...developing countries must understand the military they create. all functioning military on old principles will be and are sources of danger to any democracy the people create. they are walking coups and military dictatorships. all developing countries for their own safety must build new and different ways to protect the nation and avoid standing military of their very own.

Military are parasitic. they create no wealth and capital of their own but depend on the wealth created by others to be taxed away from the people and allocated to them. seeking to secure their own position permanently they can always be seduced by forrin elements to take over the country to control their allowances themselves... as they have a monopoly on force, which if they decide to use it against the people they will have no opposition

for there to be peace and prosperity in any nation the military/police powers must be democratized, and irreversibly democratized:

THE MILITARY MUST BE ENGAGED IN PRODUCTION IN EVERY AND ALL WAYS IT MAY BE ESSENTIAL TO MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT BECOME A STANDING ARMY FEEDING OFF THE PEOPLE

IF A SMALL CORE OF TRAINERS MAY BE ALLOWED TO BE SEMI-PERMANENT THE PURPOSE SHOULD BE TO TRAINED YOUTH IN DISCIPLINE AND WHATEVER BASIC EDUCATIONAL SKILLS THEY MAY LACK, TO BE TURNED OUT IN 18 MONTHS AT MOST... TRAINED IN MILITARY SKILLS SO THAT WHEN CALLED ON THEY CAN BECOME THE MILITIAS NECESSARY TO DEFEND THE COUNTRY..AND CAN GO ON FROM THE POINT OF GRADUATION FROM THE MILITARY TO UNIVERSITY, COLLEGES AND WHATEVER PROFESSIONS THEY WANT TO.

SUCH AN ARMY MUST PRODUCE ITS OWN FOOD SO THAT PART OF THE TRAINING WOULD BE AGRICULTURAL SKILLS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL THE NATION HAS ACHIEVED AND ON-GOING. THE ARMY WOULD MARKET GREAT QUANTITIES OF NON GMO, HIGH QUALITY FOOD THAT WOULD PAY FOR MOST, IF NOT ALL OF ITS REQUIREMENTS

THE CONTENT OF SUCH AN ARMY'S EDUCATIONAL CURRICULA WOULD BE AFRICAN HISTORY..THE HISTORICAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EUROPE AND AFRICA..BETWEEN THE BLACK MAN AND ALL PEOPLES OF THE WORLD AND HOW WE MUST RELATE TO AND DEAL WITH THEM.

THERE MUST BE NO STANDING ARMY, LEFT TO ITS OWN DEVICES AND ROUTINE DAILY THAT HAS NOTHING TO WITH THE ACTUAL ROUTINE NEEDS OF THE COUNTRY...WITH A HIGH LEVEL OFFICER CORPS WITH ACADEMIC DEGREES COMING OUT OF THEIR EARS, AND ALL SORTS OF PRETENSIONS AND AMBITIONS TO POWER..FOR POWER

Africa has had massive trouble with its military in almost every country since independence yet they keep building these stupid fuckin' assinine treasonous monstrous contraptions

Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Congo, Angola, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia etc. in almost every country there is the military playing political roles against the interest of the people. don't those asholes realize yet that they cannot afford to have no military like they have.that it pins them to forrin exploitation at all times?

I MEAN EVEN IT T SUCH A MILITARY DOES NOT PULL OFF A COUP THEY STILL REQUIRE FORRIN MADE MILITARY EQUIPMENT..AND THEY MUST FIND MONEY SOMEWHERE TO PAY FOR THAT..THAT MEANS DEBT TO THE COUNTRY WHO SUPPLIES THE EQUIPMENT..AND DEPENDENCE ON THE FOR TRAINING AND SPARE PARTS AND REPAIRS

but should not the kind of wars African countries may have to fight determine the kind of military they develop?

any war Africa would have to fight wuld be invasion from america because they take back their economy/society and refuse to allow the americans to bleed them to death. such invasions means bombing...so how to protect your nation from bombing?

that's right... underground! so you have to dig, go down and build under there like the Chinese did, the North Koreans, the Iranians etc.

african leadership must mobilize their whole people and unite them in a national effort to get rich and prosperous and up in the world on par with all others. that must be the program.
