the way I see dat is that the Anglo/Zionist empire control the Japanese power at the apex of the pyramid. more importantly they control the access to the apex..that the whole political process

they also control access to the top levels of the civilian bureaucracy and the military

such control if like a sift that keeps out good democratic people and ensures only the corrupt gets to the apex where the social power resides by the constitution

the Japanese people doh want NO BASE at all there..and the americans gone.

the americans own the japanese apex, control the government and make them do what the americans want.... not what the japanese people want
