One question I get asked regularly is which God. And among the choices given sometimes are Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Jesus, Ram, Shiva and so on. Well here goes: the God I believe in is perfect every which way and thus never displays man's imperfections. My God does not kill, murder, seek revenge, smite with vengeance or take sides in human conflicts whether at the individual or collective level. My God is ever merciful, all loving, all embracing, the epitome of kindness, honesty, compassion caring concern and truthfulness.The God I believe in has no chosen people and does not discard, avoid, isolate anyone because of their behavior, ethnicity, manner of worship, specific beliefs, physical makeup, mental aptitudes or particular worldview. My God does not demand total obedience, is totally understandable, does not engage in 'lila' or actions that man cannot grasp and does not love anyone less because that person does not worship in any specific manner or does not believe in God. Anything less cannot be God but man's creation to suit his whims and fancies.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
