i told the doc i was going to india in June and he looked at me and then he chuckled...i asked whats up...he said

"your this sick (pnuemonia) and you havent even step foot on indian soil yet"  ::rofl::

my Doc is an indian fullah - hes total jokes

all you need to do is convince the doctor to give you a priscription

then it is just like taking any other meds.....dat's how you will explain it to your parents  ::lol::

On your blood work requisition , ensure its a CBC :

complete blood count.

check for Vitamin D ....we did not have enuff Sun

get  a thyroid check as well ..

my last blood work was 3 months ago and i was top notch!
