Rape

and Abortion !

The Supreme Court in Argentina has ruled that :

women who have an abortion after being raped will no longer be prosecuted.... :cool:


               

The Supreme Court confirmed a lower court's decision:

to allow a 15-year-old rape victim to terminate her pregnancy.....

as much as I don't even like to hear the word....abortion

i agree that a rape victim should have the right to make the decision about a pregnancy resulting from rape.

and the rapist should be castrated

this law applies to whose who aren't married??? because rape happens in marriages too...  :cheesy:

definitely especially if the act was committed by a member of the family as we have seen an unprecedented increase of such cases in our own homeland in recent years.

is a baby not a baby wether it was a product of rape or otherwise?

some would disagree they are not humans until the fetus is a few months old. The matter is rape and abortion especially that committed by a father (who should know better) but went ahead and violate his offspring in the most despicable manner. The offspring of such genes are too dangerous since only god knows what disease can be passed done as both would victim and the child of the victim share the same father. That is unthinkable in  my book and yes I would support abortion in all such cases.

we all have the ability to committ henous crimes.  good and bad exists in everyone it just depends on what triggers us to do bad.

The child formulated from a rape is not at fault.  It carries 50% of the fathers DNA and %50 of the mothers DNA therefore having a %50 chance of taking after the victims personality rather than the rapist.

Even still, stds are curable, well except for HIV/AIDS. but in any case...the baby is not at fault.
