An Australian billionaire Clive Palmer desires the legend of the Titanic to live on, so despite of raising it, he wants to construct an exact replica of the Titanic ship and will call it the Titanic II.

You sincerely couldn’t make it up.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Clive Palmer, a Queensland billionaire has approached Chinese company CSC Jinling Shipyard to build the ship in time for its inaugural journey between England and North America, which has been scheduled for late 2016.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
