Around 85 demonstrators who were demanding social reforms and affordable housing were taken in by police after incidents of damage.

The protesters clashed with police, blocked roads and vandalised banks in their effort to force economic and social reform.

Intelligence sources said they had received information that rioters intended to burn tyres in various locations across Tel Aviv.

One large pile of tyres was found in a building close to the main protest rally.

I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team.
