can someone define the benfits of giving african land away to forriners by any african at all, no matter how much money he gets?


there is much african land still in the hands of forriners from the original land grabs 130 years ago.

I have had glimpses of some of the contracts and all of them allow the buyers, leasees/renters, those with grants total control of all on the land including water and minerals.  and they can build whatever they want in there.


cities can be built in there, whole nations can be built that would exlude africans.
