in reality as physics tells us..there is no equilibrium in any process at all.  a process has evolved out of a proces like itself, has a life of its own in which it grows peaks and declines and has probably given rise to another like itself.

similarly for humanity and its mode social evolution.  so to for population.  human population is rising or it is in decline.  there is no equilibrium. and there is prolly rise to its maximum and the decline to its minimum..which would be death and extinction.

so that to precipitate population decline is playing with fiyah..which is what Gates and those who sent him to do his dirty work are playing with.  gates was chosen and allowed to make a great deal of money.  now he has to pay for that by doing the dirty work he is involved in.

nature and its laws  are all that is necesssary to deal with all that exists.  nature is a self-correcting, all-inclusive, recyclying machine, which will keep its balances regardless of what we do.  nature has all the time in the world literally.  we do not!

and please note:  the man has no ideas about anything.  he just belives what he is told and defends it to the death in the face of ideas developed by others, of a contrary nature.  he argues and argues and argues to defend what..nothing out of his onw head, of his own creation, his own intellectual activity.
