who gives acess to the WHO?

how come the WHO gets free acess to 170 million Indian children?

is there no Indian government oversight of WHO programs?

whats goin orn..... is the Indian government in cahoots with the UN against the Indian people!

I know the African governments are..but I thought Indian people took greater care of their own! ::eek::
