Don't know how many of you have watched the movie this song is from. You might check it out, it's not a bad movie either- Dil Se (meaning 'From Heart').

what I do with this song is tune out the visuals...keep it low, close my eyes, relax and listen. 

the beat builds up a real tight intensity that that takes you along...catches the spirit and makes you travel.  you moving spiritually bopping to the beat at the same time
