It appears, from the discussions on this thread, that Muslims are quite content to admit that by present moral standards their prophet was a womanizer.  But by 600 AD standards he was just one of the boys. ::

Wat i know is dat current moral and ethical standard is hardly an arbiter of all of anything. 


and that the  flow of human behaviour is determined by social experience in environmental conditions  relevant to the level of capabilty extant


and we must also be absolutely certain that what we have been handed as historical actually is in fact historical before we conclude on the info


I try to judge as little a possible or nutten at all due to the lies we know as history.  we do not know what is true from the lies.


I can tell however that religions is nonsense..and where artifact and forensic evidence is available I can conclude on that info, using my own experience and common sense..factoring in that I could be wrong and so keep myself open to revision as I go


especially when it comes to religion I find that it is useful, instead of getting into them comparatively which always seem to result in arguments and fights, that religions are so damn useless, such ridiculous fables, and so useless to humanity that it is best to lump them all together making it easier to sweep them all away into garbage bins, easier for the dumping.


I dont care who Mohammed eff in his life and times.


the worst I have seen said of Mohammed pales even before the regular and routine behaviour of the popes and hierarchy of the catholic church in Rome..and of the other christian religions splinters, as they emerged after Martin Luther in the 16-teenth century.


to open up ALL the faiths, eastern and western, north and south,  is to open up serious cans of historical worms relative to monopolistic, unfettered and unchecked  bureaucratic power over the centuries.


once you have such power all and every manner of evil becomes possible and were in fact effected, made real, during all those dominations..as they are currently under our noses and in our faces in these times.  in fact the flow of unchecked religious power is even more wicked, destructive and dangerous to human well-being now than it ever was.


so the prophet Mohammed's possible sex with little girls is of little import to me in the face of the most horrible destruction of one of the most progressive nations of the world, Libya, by a combination of christian and sectarian Islamic violence, driven by the greed and lust for global power of a Jewish world elite.


take a look at the absolutely out of here violence by those same Islamic fellas, on muslims like themselves,  paid for by the enemies of Islam.


stunning eh!  that's humanity driven by religion and other lusts.
