I don't know how much of the audio book you can listen to while running... Songs that you know and enjoy are great to listen to.. because you don't actually have to concentrate on the lyrics. Maybe the audiobook cannot actually help reduce my waistline as much as a sensible diet and exercise regime would.

i guess if you get a real heavy tome and use it to dance Gangnam Style, your waistline will be reduced ....

it depends on the person working out
at the gym i see alot of ppl reading books while they are on the treadmill, eliptical and bikes
i dont know how they can concentrate on reading while doing a cardio workout...i know i cant.
