Avocado
Legumes ( all kinds of beans)
mushrooms
berries
cruciferous

Brightly colored berries
Nuts and seeds
Low fat diary products
sweet potatoes
Tomatoes orange colored fruits and vegetables
Fish rich in omega 3 fatty oils
Are excellent for your heart says

Thank you for sharing these tips. I really like avocado and my favorite nuts are cashews. At least it seems like these two foods make up the list. Fish oils appear to be quite beneficial.

those are all 'everyday' foods for me :cool:
for example.....for lunch right now i am having salad (romaine, carrots, tomatoes, radish, celery, green & red peppers) with salmon :cool:
