Texas Secession Petition Ignored by White House

I don't know if the White House was prepared to have so many people wanting Texas out of the union. I hope a response will be given soon. There seems to be a division in this country.

How can u ignore a states request for seperation?

because its a silly online petition, not the will of tx govt. i signed it as a joke, as did many.

i read sumwhere 20 states were signing some petition for separation. 

Less than 1% of the total population of TX signed on that petition, and I think a significant amount of signatures were fake.
