deh sell it with fry bake now..{fried dumplings}

back in the day it was hops bread.  that cud  be the difference.

its not quite the same.  it was bread and shark.  now its fried dumplings and shark.

IT looked delicious being Fried at QPO by the vendors last night ! 

I'll tell you one thing Watchie.  After swimming, playing cricket, and watching all dem sweet Trini gyals all day at Maracas beach you'll wuk up a nice appetite for one of these bake and shark.

Just dont go Maracas during High tide ....

well it supposed to be delicious..even with the fried dumplings.  but the shark must have been fresh when seasoned..strongly seasoned..left for 12-24 hours so the seasonings soaks in then fried properly.

seasoning of the shark is key.  it must be very well prepared before frying...meticulously. shark is a funny fish. if it not prepared right....

and hops bread is the ansah..not fry bake...although well made fry bake is cool.

deh proly doh make hops bread in titty anymore

All GT bars in T.O . serves Fry Shark as a Cutter !    ;D

I think deh also making a mistake in the substitution....deh shud use 'FLOAT' not fry bake instead of hops bread

deh shud sell 2 float and an accra with the shark.  dat shud taste massive ::LOL:: ::LOL::
