Indian PM Manmohan Singh has said the deaths of two Indian soldiers - one of whom India says was beheaded -
were " unacceptable "..... ::confused::

His remarks follow the Indian army chief's call for troops to "aggressively" respond to firing :
from Pakistani troops on the disputed Kashmir border !

The Indian army chief, Gen Bikram Singh accused Pakistan of the attack was
"pre-meditated, pre-planned activity" and urged Indian troops to be
"aggressive and offensive in the face of provocation and fire" from Pakistan.

Analysis :
This is the worst crisis to hit India-Pakistan relations since the 2008 Mumbai attacks !
What is alarming is the strong reactions, particularly in India.
Belligerent statements from the army chief as well as opposition politicians have put the
government on the defensive, so it will be difficult for it to appear conciliatory towards Pakistan.

why don't they fight already, ending this long running blight and pox in world affairs. it would take some time..but some in the world would survive the radiation and go on.
it is either fight... or give up the crap...share out the spoils, agree to leave each other alone there-after and go on.
this freaking on and on and on dangerous soap opera is not good for human health. does not pakistan and India have better to do with the dam time and resources?

India and Pakistan lately have been undergoing quite a bit of friction. I am pretty sure that Pakistan is in the wrong. If you look at their history even, they have always supported the "seamier" side of things, as with bin Ladin and terrorism in general. I would trust India far more when they say this, and it is time that Pakistan is taught a lesson. They should not be able to get away from all that they do in the world. It is simply not right.
