Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar left Trinidad and Tobago yesterday to attend the 24th Inter-Sessional Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government in Haiti.
Beginning today the Prime Minister will commence the chairing of a series of meetings and will tomorrow participate at a meeting which will see Caricom Heads hold frontline discussions on strengthening the Regional Crime and Security agenda, the Caricom Regional Aid for Trade Strategy, and a report on the Regional Architecture for Financial Stability, among other things.
In July 2013, the Prime Minister will assume the Chair of Caricom and it is expected that she will hold high level talks with her colleagues on plans for moving the Caricom Agenda forward—especially during her time as Chair, a statement from the Office of the Prime Minister said on Friday.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
