(Reuters) - North Korea threatened the United States on Thursday with a preemptive nuclear strike, raising the level of rhetoric just before the U.N. Security Council approved new sanctions against the reclusive country.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice said North Korea's threats would achieve nothing and would only further isolate the country.
China's U.N. Ambassador Li Baodong said Beijing wanted to see "full implementation" of the new U.N. Security Council resolution that tightens financial restrictions on Pyongyang and cracks down on its attempts to ship and receive banned cargo.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I hope DPRK and USA fight it out among themselves, leaving Japan and South Korea in peace. World will be a better place without Barack Obama and Kim Jong-un.

Hello,
This whole issue with North Korea has been going on for so long. North Korea likes to isolate itself from the rest of the world. Would sanctions work on North Korea? LOL

NK likes to isolate itself. I do not think they care about what the rest of the world thinks. I think the expansion of sanctions would only further isolate NK, like it states in the article. Has sanctions ever work? There is always more than one way to do things. There is always more than one way to do things.
