The article is called "1,168 keywords Skype uses to censor, monitor its Chinese users" by Zack Whittaker
It is hard to limit what people can and cannot do online because the cyber world does not have a physical location. People all over the world use sites to chat for free, like Skype. According to the article, when Chinese citizens communicate with another person (not in China) via Skype, both parties are monitored. What do you think?
