ROB RUSSIA.  THERE MUST BE HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS IN RUSSIAN MONEY IN CYPRUS TO MAKE DAT ROBBERY WORTHWHILE..FOR THEM TO TAKE DAT CHANCE.  OR MAYBE THEY WANTED TO TEST RUSSIAS RESOLVE FOR HUGE GLOBAL ACTIONS OF THEIR OWN SOON TO UNLEASHED.
