well wether or not they are brought up by homosexual parents, all children are exposed to homosexual acts in the media and could also show them they have a choice as you call it.

yuh see the issue chairman:  this non-issue, this ridiculous, trumped up zero sum issue that we take seriously and debate leads nowhere save total frustration and no answer for there is none...none but no homosexual marriage and adoption. 

I say this because look at you and nargis.. skewed, hoisted up on side issues opposed to each others...an issue so inter-related and pointless, nothing can be be separated out with any significant point or value to both sides.  whoever comes out right there is no social benefit.  so zero sum. 

there is no benefit in all of it for society in homosexual activity..by creating official space for homosexuals enshrined in law

I was very sympathetic to the homosexual cause, but I am loosing it..getting mighty pissed-off at homosexuals and their blasted non issue,  stuffing it in society's face all the time as if it can lead some where positive.

I hate to use such language but screw the homosexual issue.  it is a non issue because it leads nowhere positive for humanity.

I would handle it this way...

no homosexual marriage...no homosexual adoption..which leads to the whole issue of children and their rights...THE MOST IMPORTANT AND MASSIVE ISSUE IN THE MIX THAT IS THE ONE THAT IS WAILING AND WEEPING FOR  POSITIVE RESOLUTION NOT HOMOSEXUAL RIGHTS FOR HARD-BACKED, ADULT, RAVING AND AGGRESSIVE HOMOSEXUALS OUT THERE BOTH MALE AND FEMALE.

SOCIETY SHUD GO A S FAR AS THIS:

COMMON LAW MARRIAGE IS ALREADY RECOGNISED AND WHERE SUCH HOMOSEXUAL UNIONS CROSS THE LAW AND THE WELFARE SYSTEM, SOCIETY MUST RECOGNISS THEM AS LEGIT WITH A VIEW TO USING THE LEGIT STATUS TO RESOLVE THE LEGAL QUESTIONS.

SO IF 2 MEN HAVE HAD A LONG-STANDING HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONSHIP AND ONE DIES..ALL THE ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE AS TO INHERITANCE, PENSIONS, WHATEVER ..MUST BE APPROACHED AS IF THE 2 WERE MARRIED AND THE SURVIVING PARTNER IS THE LEGIT INHERITOR..ESPECIALLY IF DEATH WAS INTESTATE.

SIMILARLY FOR 2 WOMEN..LESBIANS.

CASE RESOLVED AND CLOSED..BUT NO OFFICIAL CHURCH MARRIAGE..ON THE NATURAL GROUND THAT HOMOSEXUALITY CANNOT BE ON PAR WITH MARRIAGES THAT LEAD TO PROCREATION WHICH SOCIETY DEPENDS ON FOR GOING ON.  HOMOSEXUALS CANNOT BREED SO IT IS NOT IN KEEPING WITH NATURAL INCREASE AND ADVANCE

NON RELIGIOUS, NON-PHILOSOPHICAL, NON  BELIEF..SIMPLE BY WAY OF NATURES.  NO...NON..NYET.  PERIOD.  SOCIETY CAN GO AS FAR AS RECOGNITION WHEN IT MATTERS COMMON RELATIONSHIPS.  THATS IT


WHEN IT COMES TO NATURAL BORN CHILDREN OF MEN AND WOMEN WHO TURN OUT TO BE HOMOSEXUALS THEN THEY HAVE RIGHTS TO THEIR CHILDREN..  ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT MUST BE WORKED IN  THE TOTAL AND URGENTLY NEEDED RESOLUTION OF SOME CHILDREN'S BILL OF RIGHTS.

CHILDREN IN THE WESTERN WORLD, CENTRED IN AMERICAN ARE NOTHING BUT CHATTEL,  TO BE DISBURSED OF AS PEOPLE SEE FIT, FOR THEIR PROFIT AND PLEASURE.. AND WHATEVER ELSE THEY NEED CHILDREN FOR.  WHAT I SEE IN THIS WORLD IS HELL FOR CHILDREN..MOST CHILDREN. PURE NAKED HELL. 

AND THE MOST ADVANCED COUNTRIES AND SUPPOSEDLY MOST ADVANCED PEOPLES ARE THE MOST CULPABLE.  I WILL PROVE MY POINT FURTHER ON.

but lesbians with their own children must be allowed to have her children...as long as she is a fit mother.  and in making sure she is a fit mother she is innocent until it is certain she is a lousy mother and the children are better off with their father.  in whihc case he is the first second resort and must deal with his children...with whatever assistance he may need being provided..just as it would be with the mother.

if a mother cannot deal with her children..or she dies... and their father is homosexual then he is the first second resort.  he is their father and responsible.  the state is not in the business of raising children.  that is the right and responsibility of parents.  and where the state can be of assistance in ensuring children are ok with their parents the state must do so..even when their parents are homosexual..natural born children..as clearly opposed to adoption

adoption is a process fraught with danger for children, for abuse of children, bribery and corruption to get children by unscrupulous operators to profit at the expense of children...homosexual pedophillia groups and worse..getting children for the transplant industry.

adoption is bad news.  herds of the worst people in creation coalesce around adoption of children in the western world enough to make anyone here sick, crazy, stunned as to what goes on. 

HENCE A BILL OF RIGHTS FOR CHILDREN IS CRUCIAL ALL OVER THE WORLD IN FACT..BUT URGENTLY IN THE WESTERN WORLD..AND ESPECIALLY IN THE USA.FROM THAT SITUATION...SO NONE AT ALL.

Mrs Lakhova had for years fought her lonely crusade against foreign adoptions, with very little result, until last December when her addendum was abruptly adopted by the Duma.

Foreign adoption in Russia is a leftover from Yeltsin’s era. In Soviet days, orphans were taken care by the state system; there was simply no question of passing them abroad. In fact, it was much more common for foreign children to be brought into Russia, for example the “Spanish Kids”, the orphaned children of Spanish anti-fascist fighters killed by Franco in the 1930’s. In the 1990’s, after the collapse of the USSR, with millions out of work and others busy stripping and selling whatever could be sold for cash, some clever entrepreneurs discovered an as-yet-untapped resource: children. There is a strong and growing demand for children by childless couples, by gay and single citizens – and, sad to say, by the ever-present pedophile rings and the burgeoning transplant industry. The market was willing to pay over $100,000 per child – a fortune in Yeltsin’s Russia. Officials were corrupted, doctors issued false certificates, and Russian children were trafficked abroad.
