North korean missile test delayed by Windows 8

The whole world seems to be holding its breath while watching the things going on in the Korean peninsula. The stakes are high, everyone understands that and that the crisis could turn into a military confrontation at any moment. In an attempt to scale down the tension journalists from the New Yorker have published a satirical report saying the North Korean missile test was postponed due to “problems with Windows 8”.

Do you think it's true?

I doubt it. I'm pretty sure North Korea has developed their own OS and don't use Windows products, fearing that someone might somehow reach the "outside world".
