OK Folks!

We all agree that Brian Lara and Sachin Tendulkar were the extraordinary greats in the era they played in(1989 to 2013), but how many Man of the Match(MOM) awards an Man of the Series(MOS) awards did Lara and Tendulkar win in their careers and how did other batsmen in their era compare to them in terms of number MOM and MOS awards won ?

* The extraordinary great Lara only won 4 man of the series awards.

* The extraordinary great Tendulkar won 14 man of the match awards---kallis and ponting had more

* The extraordinary great Lara won 12 man of the match awards---kallis, ponting had Tendulkar had more.

* CHECK OUT THE ORDINARY SHIV---only kallis has more man of the series awards---ordinary Shiv(7) has more man of series awards than extraordinary great Lara(4) and extraordinary great Tendulkar(5)
2 more MOS awards and ordinary Shiv will have as much MOS as extraordinary great Lara and extraordinary great Tendulkar combined.

Check this----ordinary Shiv is not a winner---but he did he win more man of the series awards(7) than extraordinary greats Lara(4) and Tendulkar(5)---and let's not forget---ordinary Shiv(10) is only 4 man of the match awards behind extraordinary great Tendulkar(14)---2 behind extraordinary great Lara(12)
