Haha, I watched bits of this match towards the end. Afghan totally soiled a good chance. They should've put up a more formidable total in the first place. They threw it away simply. And then were not good in the field once they sensed a chance of clawing back in. And Pak had some luck too, in fairness.

Anyway, good on them I guess. Not a terrible result, but still.

Hamid Hassan's injury is creating serious repercussions for the Afghans. Although he played the match, it was clear that he hasn't regained his form yet. Hassan and Shapur Zadran formed a formidable opening ball duo. The newer bowlers like Dawlat are no way near the mark.
