England would want someone of calibre so I have started thinking who? I would not be surprised if Gilo gets the nod but I would like to see more of an open field. Kirsten might be a target to add to the other Saffers we already have.

BTW, the likes of Gibson and Sammy will cling on to the gravy train for dear life and not recognise when they should go and do what is best for Windies Cricket. They will have to be dragged out howling and screaming clinging on to anything they can.....

Come up against a top or improving team and you lose withing 3.5 days max. Yes you need the Coach.

Your bowlers are not improving and cannot swing, reverse swing or get anything off the pitch, bar Taylor and Rampaul. Yes you need Gibson.

I very rarely reduce conversations to insults but I do wonder if your position is due to genuine stupidity, in which case I would have to make allowances or you firmly believe (without evidence) Gibson is good for anything!

In the latter case some residential treatment would seem appropriate.

You go on about successive wins but they were against Bangladesh, Zim and an internally conflicting NZ.

NZ, under Hesson, has improved beyond recognition within a year, where they are not only winning, they are doing so against a top team and convincingly outplaying them.

This cannot be said for the West Indies.

NZ are not dragging themselves across the line. That is improvement and not this crap against Zimbabwe.

Sacrebleu. Really.

Enema? Will not work. Lobotomy perhaps?

I feel terrible for using those words so apologies but just frustration that Ramesh, brother, you seem unable to have a proper conversation and come to your senses.

Perhaps I should just leave this one here, no ill intended.

Ramesh any views on the English Coach replacement?

He lost one series and they are crucifying him . tHEY forgot that only recently  he was the coach that won the Ashes .
He lost to Pakistan but rebounded and won in  India and so he lost to Australia , so what?
Why did they not allow him one more series to redeem himself.
No team can beat Australia in Australia right now and that is the advantage of playing at home .
It is absurd for one to say that the Kiwis is a better one day  side than India but the home advantage  more than made up for it .
This  Aussie team was defeated by India recently,  the same Indian team that was crushed by the  English And I  will therefore say that the English management was premature in dumping Flower

Ramesh there is no crucifixion of Flower. Where are you getting that from?

He decided to step down.

A man of dignity and integrity.

Do you think Gibson should demonstrate similar characteristics?

Gibson as Director of Cricket for England........ will never happen.

Perhaps the most perplexing aspect of AT&T Stadium, otherwise known as “Jerry World,” is the glare from the sun that bursts through the windows and shines directly onto the field. Time and time again the glare has impacted players’ visibility during games, yet Jerry Jones refuses to make any changes to account for the sun.

Rather than install curtains, Jones has previously said he feels it’s a home-field advantage to have that type of stadium factor impacting games. Well, the glare ended up benefitting the Chiefs early into Thursday’s Thanksgiving game, as a pass from Dak Prescott to George Pickens fell incomplete, at least in part due to the impact of the sun’s glare.

SerenaThis batting performance by the West Indies in the second innings blew me away. I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team. Let us hope that this effort by West Indies batsmen would not be a one-off performance, but will be the beginning of a renewed effort to improve the performances of the team, going forward.(13.10.2025, 09:28)(09:28)0

WarrenJameis Winston is asked about being named QB3 on the Giants' roster behind Russell Wilson and Jaxson Dart:

"As a competitor, you want to be the starter. But I prepare to be the starter, I know I'm a starter in this league.

But you have to be able to be grateful for your role...my role right now is to assist Russ and Jaxson to be the best that they can be while preparing to be the best that I can be.

No matter if I'm 3, 33, this is my first year being number 19, so it's always a first for everything.

I focus on what I would love. And what I would love is for this team to have success."
