Players like Paint and Shiv are essential in a winning team. But you cannot have all your batsmen playing like this. This will result in draws. You need the rest of your guys hitting at a SR of 60 plus.

In this current game, the coach should be giving the other batsmen a license to lash like mad. WI need to win all games so they go up in the rankings, whilst Bangladesh will be doing everything to get draws.
