I see lot of people are criticizing Coach Robin Singh for Team USA poor performance. Coaches cannot do much when the players are not prepared to compete at such stage. It makes it very hard for coach when he gives certain player a game plan and that player is not able to follow. Coaches cannot do much when he is given the team 1-2 weeks before the tournament starts. I have also seen people say that robin Singh comes to enjoy his paid vacation, I think this is absolute nonsense allegation, only us players know how much hard work he puts in behind the players. Let’s all be honest the real reason for USA cricket failure it’s USACA Administration. It makes its very hard for players to prepare for such big tournament when you find out the team 1 week before the tournament starts. We have players who show full commitment and are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed at the next stage but are ignored. We as players receive no communication from USACA before or after any tour. We have to rely purely on the media. I have played 4-5 tournaments with team USA and each tour I was given different role. I think this is one of the biggest problem team USA faces on tours, Captains are not aware of what an individual player is capable of doing.
