* I've been reading the comments of long time Shiv supporters over at Caribbeancricket.com----folks like Narper, etc

* As of today I am no longer looking forward to Shiv reaching 12K

* If he miraculously gets to 12K---fine

* Once Shiv ends his career as the first Guyanese to average 50+ in tests----that'll be great.

CPL 2015 will start from 20th June 2015 and final will be played on 26th July 2015.

* You are not a fan of Chanderpaul and so it is understandable you don't see the relevance of a 50+ average.

* But as I stated earlier in this thread, any batsman who ends his career with 3000+ runs and a 50+ test average is an ORDINARY or statistical great.

* Chanderpaul will end his career as an ordinary/statistical great.

The poor form of Chanderpaul continued today as he only managed to score 1 run. I don't know if Shiv is in poor form or he has lost he completely. If he fails in the other innings in the rest of the series then I think it would be the end for him where international cricket is concerned.

To be brutally honest it is irritating when legends struggle in the fag end of their career.We start to hate them for non-performance.It happens to everyone,but hoping shiv stays strong and shuts his "critics up".
