It started with a bang and ended in a whimper, with everything in between pure box office.

Chris Gayle's farewell may have ended in a damp squib at a sodden Taunton, but there can be no doubting the impact of the big West Indies batsman during an eventful three-week stay in the West Country.

From meeting "The River Man" to turning out for South Devon, Gayle has completely immersed himself in life at England's smallest cricketing county and he has also had a lot of fun along the way.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
