Windies new youth policy exposed against Australia

On the sports news they did show the decimation ... but I don't think anyone was really interested as it's winter and AFL rules at the moment.

However maybe Cricket Australia needs to do the negotiating to avoid a total shambles to Australia's 'Summer of Cricket' and they must be worried .... as it'll be a total embarrassment this WI team and a loss re ground attendance !!  Matches done within 3 days !!!

The Caribbean Community needs to get their act together and make the following happen. 1. Cricketing Academy / University for Cricketers with Talent. 2. Year Long rewarding two(2) year contracts for players in Domestic Cricket. 3. Year Long Maintained Pitches. 4. Extended four day Domestic Cricket to a minimum of 12 - 15 games per year. Invite USA, Netherlands etc.

the west indian community is a backward bunch of crap.  the level of work we do guarantees that we produce stupid people. we are still hewers of wood and drawers of water for the most part.

there are pockets of employment of a reasonable level associated with multinational exploitation of the region. but for the most part its backward third world economy and society..the general region that produces 95+ per cet of the players. 

that is why they cant do what players of the teams from developed regions take for granted...why their approach is skewed and they do wat we all can see as crazy, stupid..throw away their innings just like that, no discipline, professionalism that others take for granted. you don't learn that sort of thing in a backward society that makes nutten for itself, does not address its own problems by its own skill and determination..are not an independent society that feels responsible for itself.... even though it is indeed responsible for itself

fus' things fus'!  if you don't have a developing society then you have a backward one with backward people who produce backward children...players who need to be taught the whole game at the top level when they shud have been learning from youth

its a social problem that wont be solved by academy and all ah dat.  we were once driven by, educated by, anti slavery, colonialism and the fight for independence.  that locus produced 2 championship teams before it was spent.  now there is no substitute for a developing society that brings the west indian people into the modern world fully, independent, identified to themselves and prepared to compete by the society they come out of, that is dealing with their issues that develops them and their social life in the world

when the country is growing enuff food to feed itself currently and into the future..industrializing or creating a life that pays for itself with surpluses to fnance more development then we can talk about the efficacy of academy and all of that, filled up by players who know from the start how to take advantage of what the academy offers for their own development
