What plans do you have for your retirement?
It's very near and obviously I will call off my career with grace. I will walk away myself, but I still have some goals in my mind and I am close to achieving those goals as well. I can't share that goal at this point, but you will know very soon.

I was just digging through Younis Khan's numbers from last year. At age 36, Younis scored 1064 runs at an average of 66.50. The only batsman to score more runs at the age of 36 is Sangakkara - whose numbers are immortal - 1431 runs at an average of 79.50 with a high score of 319. At age 36, Lara averaged 59.75 while Shiv averaged 50.66.
ESPN
put together a nice article taking a look back at Younis' career in numbers. It certainly makes for an interesting read. I think from an historical stand point, Younis is vastly underrated.

Well the WICB says they are all about the future and yet still the fans can't seem to benefit from a better West Indies team after all these years. Shiv should just retire from international cricket and end the disrespect he is getting.
