Reduce T20 engagements. There’s an overload of cricket… Sooner it’s realised, soon the stakeholders will stop drawing from what now looks like a bottomless well.

Promote test cricket on as large a scale as they do T20 leagues
Have an annual event in different countries like they do in Australia with Boxing Day and New Year's games
Provide better facilities to the crowd
Invest some part of money earned from T20 leagues in test matches
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Your post made me chuckle Ketchim. The WI team has declined so much, opponents and the cricketing authorities, don't see value in more than a two or three match series. Fans will also stay away from one sided contests.

New Zealand won by 2 wickets

Word of appreciation for Sri Lanka's performance too, they fought valiantly
and stayed in the game till the last over. But it was a case of fortune favouring Williamson and Mitchell's skill and bravery. Sri Lanka used just four bowlers.
The spinner, Jayasuriya, got wickets but went for runs.
The wides given when he went down leg could create many a discussion.
Dickwella dropping Williamson too.
Fernando's brilliance needs acknowledging.
But it's all Williamson, dude's beyond us mortals' comprehensions.
