coconut oil in a pot....garlic burn in oil, add onions chopped, hot green pepper chopped.  add chopped bygan then cook until very soft.  sal' to taste

on the side small steamed pak choi and scrambled egg whites.

I feel real good here.  Buttsy cud do what he want :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

[/quote]Agreed. Ramdin has improved a hell of alot but at 6 shows poor batting. Looks as if they are playing for a draw.

One of the best debuts from Blackwood sees him dropped and it makes no sense.

I like Holder but the same tam should have been retained as chopping and changing just messes up a momentum.
