I say well done to the Guyanese pair, and I don't care whichever country they are from their performances showed their capabilities for the roles. Some persons may be having a problem that they ar both from Guyana, however if you are good, then you should be acknowledged as just that. 

West Indies is a very Insular place !

That is why NO Guyana players are on the WI. squad

If either Joseph or Holder is Guyanan then Windies will have a player in the 1st team anon, particularly the former.
