After being charged over 300 Euros (almost $384) by Ryanair for forgetting to print out boarding passes for her family, Suzy Mcleod went straight to the internet to complain about the fees. Ryanair CEO, Michael O'Leary, heard about the complaint and responded by calling her "stupid". To make things even worse, while trying to clarify his statement, he ended up calling ALL customers who forget their boarding passes stupid. CEO? More like CE-D'Oh.
