Share with us when U applied for a Mortgage :

what were the Prerequisite qualifications.......thanks !

Oh yes...I never applied for a mortgage...never had to. Thankfully.

I don't own, I rent. Thankfully.

I live on government hand-out. Thankfully.

I live in a big House. Thankfully.

I am from berbice. Thankfully.

And I am me, afterall. Thankfully.

BUT these branch managers have Quotas to meet :

IF they do NOT lend , they lose BONUS...

So they TURN the other eye , when stamping ...." Approve "....

So IF it was Canada :

1.The mortgage officer and the Branch manager

2.Their Head Office that Packaged all the branches combined and Sold

3.The Investment Group that BOUGHT the packages

4.Mr Hoosein and Saha whom signed a declaration that Salary is the TRUTH

all getting locked up !

Mr Ahmad and his Lawyers and mortgage broker were merely Facilitators and paper pushers...

Unfortunaely , Ed is being hounded for those Money to Amrican Legislators :

and someone should go GRAB Jagdeo

Sing Ed, sing for your life...Gana-bajana.

That All Folks ,

Mortgage Finance 101 ....

I feel sorry for you, but you should have felt sorry for the people you hurt, and at a minimum, your own family, for whom life is now ruined.

To compound matters, Ed was a amember of the Guyana Police Force. With that on your resume...I guess the rest is now history.

I wonder how the Admin at Baruch feels...an alumini like Ed??? ::LOL:: A man who can perform Mortgage calcualtions...a man who understands ratios, and is an expert at Density. Wait, this reminds me of someone runnin' around here.  ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::

Your 15 minutes , like hoosein and saha ....are up .
