the Mexican government gets alarmed.  they would not protect the people from the cartels but when the people take up arms and solve their problems for themselves the government orders them to drop their guns.

the people refuse sighting that they must protect themselves.

the government then makes them official militia, at one stroke making them official government military. 

why:  because as official military they MUST take orders from the government.  they are at once neutralised.

that is a great expression of the class struggle.  wil the Mexican people be disarmed and enslaved..what wil they do in response?

and why is the government disarming the people trying to protect themselves?

because who they must protect themselves from is the government itself because the government and the cartels are one and the same..violent elitist totalitarian control and exploitation and division of the people.

the government does now want any armed popular uprising to succeed, to keep their arms. to be armed as example to the whole population who may just rise up and overthrow the state.

CLASS STRUGGLE!  CLASS STRUGGLE!

THE CHINESE MUST KEEP THEIR ORDINARY PEOPLE EMPLOYED OR OTHERWISE NEUTRALIZED..UNABLE TO FIGHT THE ELITES.  THEY BUILD AND BUILD AND BUILD WITH THE MONEY THEY HAVE.  THEY GO ABOUT THE WORLD INVESTING AS IN AFRICA, SEEKING TO BUILD THIS AND THAT ALWAYS WITH TOTALLY CHINESE LABOUR.

thats the deals they make.  why would they offer favourable terms for loans but use all chinese labour wherever they can get away with it?

to keep the Chinese people occupied is one reason why.  they export capital and labour to maintain their status quo.  they export people where they can as well. 

african elites bring in ordinary chinese migrants to compete with their own nationals, on the local levels.  that is divide and rule..focus ordinary people on each other.  they fight all the time while the elites slink away with the gold.

the african elites have little intent to develop their own people.  that is because to do so will bring on revolutionary tides they do not wish to face.  so they make common cause with the chinese elite..with the european elites which has always been the case..with the american elite which is merely a continuation and extension of what had been going with europe from the start

NOW IF ONE GOES THIS WAY, IN THIS DIRECTION THERE ARE ANSWERS.  IT IS A PROPER START WHICH GETS US SOMEWHERE.
