I really dont like woodbine but especially on QP day.  the crowds are too great...makes the day uncomfortable given what you are there for.  and now they are charging for seats.  thats a regression!  I dont like that.  and there will be no seats when man physically tired standing up

I plan to go to Mohawk... my favourite off track in this region.  or I may go closer... Burlington AT APPLEBY AND FAIRVIEW.  or I may just stay home and bet here.  I have it all here at home.  I can watch all, the races, all the tracks... and bet right here.

bit its a nice day and I am sure I will end up 'dreaving' as usual.  so before I leave to go to Mohawk I will bet on the QP just in case I end up 'dreaving way' ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::

there are a million lil towns in this region and further afield.  and there is always some kind of summer thing or festival going on.  food, music, tons of people, carnival and rides..sun shining and green countryside, fresher air to breathe..irresistible combination. 

when I start driving I can go for a long long time on a Saturday or Sunday.....

Last time Dance Smartly captured the Triple and it was a good purse for me .

I came second but as usual I made more money betting my #15 that if I had pik the winner.  and though I lost the triactor and the super I won the exactor...63 dollars.

for the exactor I boxed 14, 15 and 6.  I won won that.  but the 4 slipped into third place and the 6 ended up fourth and ended my super and tri

then I bet $10 across on 15..and he paid 9.70 and 5.80 for the place and show.  sweet!

so I still came out on top..with a profit.

I did not like Lexie Lou for the win because In thought her pedigree on her mother's side was a lil weak and she would come up just short, struggling for second or third.  I thought Contreras would run away with the race..leaving the faves behind.

but it was the 15 who was a lil weak...but anyway good enough for second :-[ :-[ :-[
